• A one-time cleaning fee of $85 will be charged.
• If the property is available 2 weeks in advance, a shorter stay is allowed.
• Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
  

• 50% deposit secures the booking.
• The balance, $85 cleaning fee and $300 refundable security deposit is due 3 weeks prior to check-in.

• Maximum 6 guests please.
• No pets allowed.
• 2 car limit.
  

We require a payment of HALF the rental to reserve the house for you. The balance of the rental, cleaning fee and $300 refundable deposit are due by the month prior to check-in.

Payment can be made by Zelle, Venmo, or check.

In case of cancellation, any rent collected is refundable subject to re-booking. The deposit is returned after we check there were no fines, damages or extra cleaning.
